Unfortunately, I have to give billing department and office manager Jennifer Davila for inappropriately misleading information and misappropriation of funds. They have received payments from me AND my dental insurance. Jennifer assured me reimbursement from Central Dental. But, to my surprise they received and cashed my dental insurance check and now all I’m getting from Jennifer is the run around. They are either incompetent and or scammers. I would not and will not recommend any of my friends, family or co workers from fire department to utilize their services.

My experience was VERY bad, saw Dr Espinoso fist she explained that i have one cavity and that i will need a root canal went to the front desk to get the referral because the fact i have a bridge i would have to go to another dentist to have it done. Dr Igor explained that because i have the bridge for a while i could get implants. I asked how much everything would cost especially out of pocket (what my insurance does not cover) i was told by the lady in front 1500 (now i have no idea that was incorrect) she wrote on a piece of paper and handed it to me.
Went back the follow week they took out the bridge and now all of a sudden I now have 4 cavity and the implant cost 10,000. I left the office with a temp and broke down crying in my car because I dont have that 10000 single mom just finish paying for my son braces and struggling just lie everyone else. They screw me .
I still now have the temp going on a year and unable to get my bridge or implants.
Just be careful and ask for a treatment plan before they do anything in your mouth or you will end up like me.

I've had really bad dental experiences. From the moment I walked in, to the way the staff interacted with patients I knew this would be different. Dr Espinosa was patient with me and ensured that I felt safe before proceeding with my procedure. I've already recommended my coworkers n family to make the switch

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Espinosa at Central Avenue Dental. The staff was welcoming, and the dentist was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. They took the time to explain everything and ensured I was at ease. The office was clean, and the procedure was painless.

This doctor has a kind heart and soft gentle touch. She did my root canal the same day so I wouldn't have to be in pain. I will be switching my dentist. My dentist said he wasn't skilled enough to do a cap replacement but this doctor was kind to fit a new patient in. Good bedside manner.

Prior to seeing Dr. Espinosa, I've done previous fillings at another practice and I am not one to fear needles but, they left me very timid for future dentist visits.
Dr. Espinosa and her assistant did an amazing job from numbing my gum BEFORE injecting the anesthesia to the drilling and adding the fillings. Up to now, I haven't felt any pain or discomfort and I was expecting the worse.
Surprisingly, I am ready to go back to do whatever needs to be done, even if I do not need to!
This practice is very caring, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr Epinosa is a Fantastic dentist . She took care of all my dental needs. Did root canals increditable all in one visit . Explained any qustions . She was very kind & gentle too .I would recommend Dr Espinosa to every one

Dr Igor, and the staff or very professional. I have recommended a family member and a friend to the Central Ave facility, and I will continue to visit even if my insurance is not accepted. I'll pay out of pocket. Thank GUYS ❤️

I had a quick and very comfortable experience with Dr. Espinosa and team!! The procedure was an onlay to replace an old cavity filling for one tooth. She took her time with the drilling, and checked in to ensure I wasn't feeling any pain. I liked that she asked me to tell her what the appointment was about so that there wasn't any miscommunication. Awesome team, and glad to see there are women of color at this practice!

Dr. Igor is patient, accommodating, and supportive with his care. I saw him in an emergency situation on a Sunday although it was close to their closing time they told me to come in and cared for my aliment.

Dr. Ilyabayev is a highly qualified dentist.
Also, I love the staff. And were very detailed every step of the way.
Facility was extra clean and smells fresh.
